Bush marks NCLB's fourth anniversary with visit to school

President George W. Bush, first lady Laura Bush and Education Secretary Margaret Spellings this morning visited an elementary school in Glen Burnie, Md., to mark the fourth anniversary of the No Child Left Behind Act. "There's an achievement gap in America that's closing," Bush said in a speech.
