Pinnacle sues pilots union for bad-faith bargaining

A lawsuit filed by Pinnacle Airlines charges that the union representing its pilots has engaged in bad-faith bargaining. "We regret having to file this lawsuit, but the union left us no choice," a Pinnacle official said. "On more than one occasion we agreed to terms that the union said would result in an agreement, and then they moved the goalposts and made additional demands."
