Nurses find inmate care fast-paced, rewarding

Registered nurse Renea Sammons says there is nothing typical about working at the New Century Adult Detention Center in Kansas and compares inmate emergencies to working in a hospital ER. Nurses have to pay attention to their security at all times, but Director of Nursing Donna Bernal says the work is rewarding and the patients can be appreciative.
