What should elementary-school students learn about sex ed?

Health and education groups have released guidelines for sex education that urge states and districts to provide students with a foundation for lessons in sex, relationships and bullying before second grade. Under the recommendations released Monday, the groups also suggest teaching students about sexual orientation by fifth grade and instructing elementary-school students to use proper names for parts of the human anatomy.
