A mobile application called Oroeco aims to help shoppers weigh the environmental impact of their purchasing decisions by providing in-depth information on a product-by-product basis. "If we're all informed and incentivized to make these little lifestyle tweaks they'll scale up to quite massive change, and we hope Oroeco provides a tool that helps make this happen," CEO Ian Monroe says.
