Posture orthosis garners start-up grant

After a recent college graduate developed a posture training back device called the RecoveryAid, her startup company, ActivAided Orthotics, received a $50,000 grant to manufacture and market the product. “This [device] isn‘t restrictive. It allows you to move how you wish to move, and by tactile, tangible cues you learn the right and wrong things to do,” said inventor Kelly Collier.
