Tech companies are investing millions to devise new mobile payment strategies in the hopes of winning the "mobile wallet war," but so far there hasn't been a clear winner with consumers or restaurant operators, writes OLO's Noah Glass. To win with operators, systems need to bring value by lowering transaction costs, offering more customer intelligence and delivering customized, real-time marketing capabilities, he writes.
