Survey: Hotels plan to increase spending on marketing, hiring

Hotels in 2013 aim to invest more on capital improvements and marketing initiatives as they boost their hiring efforts, a new survey by TravelClick found. The survey indicates that 58.8% of hoteliers plan to raise their marketing budget this year and 64% said they plan to make capital improvements.
