Nine dealerships have agreed to 20-year settlements with the Federal Trade Commission after charges of deceptive advertising practices. The FTC says other investigations of dealerships are in the works and are a "priority" for the agency. "We hope that these actions really put all dealers on notice," said FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection Director Jessica Rich.
