Ind. high school to allow cellphone use during lunch

High-school students at a school in Indiana will be allowed to use their cellphones at school -- but only during lunch and in the cafeteria -- under a pilot program recently approved by school board members. Officials said there is inconsistent enforcement of cellphone bans, and under the new program, staff will monitor students for inappropriate use.
