Mid-sized quake rattles Cuba

A preliminary 5.1-magnitude earthquake shook Cuba on Thursday, and was felt as far away as south Florida, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The quake was centered off the coast, 24 miles, or 38 kilometers, north of Corralillo. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
