Persian Gulf countries attract US restaurant chains

A growing number of tourists and expatriates in the Middle East are spurring US restaurant chains to enter the market and expand in the region. Denny's plans 30 new eateries in the coming decade, Jamba Juice expects to open 80 units, and concepts including IHOP and LongHorn Steakhouse are in the region and in expansion mode.
