Delaware to revisit credit history and weather-related claims bills

Delaware lawmakers are slated to consider bills that would ban the use of credit history and prohibit policy cancellations for weather-related claims. The state could also weigh alterations to the workers' compensation program there, according to Richard Stokes, regional manager for the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America.
