Roche, Evotec in licensing deal for Alzheimer's treatments

Roche and German biotech company Evotec signed a licensing deal for two Roche compounds in Phase I clinical development for treating Alzheimer's disease. Roche will receive upfront fees, milestone payments and royalties on any product sales and retain a late-stage co-development option on the two compounds.
