Jury not likely to hear Trump case against SimDag until 2009

A U.S. District Court judge has ruled that Donald Trump's breach of contract suit against developer SimDag LLC won't be heard until Feb. 2, 2009. Trump is suing Tampa, Fla.-based SimDag for $1 million in licensing fees he says SimDag owes him on Trump Tower Tampa, but SimDag is countersuing, saying Trump violated the agreement for the project by revealing that he was only a licensor and not an actual development partner.
