A new documentary series will send CEOs undercover to experience a week in the life of their own employees. In the CBS series "Undercover Boss," leaders from such companies as 7-Eleven, White Castle and Hooters will work incognito in an attempt to find ways to improve the lives of their workforce. But it's not always an easy ride: The show's first episode sees Larry O'Donnell, president of Houston-based Waste Management, fired by a supervisor for incompetence after failing to pick up trash fast enough.
