A coalition of KFC franchises is suing parent company Yum! Brands for putting too much emphasis on healthier grilled-chicken products, saying the change in tack risks alienating their customer base. The company's grilled-chicken line drew $1 billion in sales in its first year, but store operators say the company has ignored their pleas to stay true to the original recipes. "Fried is 80 percent of our business," says one franchisee. "That kind of speaks for itself."
