Luxury Beijing hotel to be modeled after Dubai's Burj Khalifa

China and Saudi Arabia are working on a $1.3 billion "seven-star hotel" to be developed in the Mentougou district in western Beijing. Saudi Arabia will finance the hotel, an official said. According to the Beijing Morning Post, the hotel's design will be similar to that of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which also is touted as a seven-star property.
