NTSB to issue call for air bags on GA aircraft

A report due out today from the National Transportation Safety Board is expected to make the case for air bags and shoulder-harness safety belts as standard equipment on general aviation aircraft. People familiar with the study say the NTSB's nonbinding recommendations will cover both new and used planes.
