Fannie Mae CEO Williams plans to leave

Michael J. Williams, Fannie Mae CEO since 2009, said he would resign as soon as a successor is found. "I decided the time is right to turn over the reins to a new leader," said Mr. Williams, who has worked for Fannie Mae since 1991. Freddie Mac CEO Charles Haldeman Jr. has also said he would quit.
