Japan's Dentsu acquires M.L. Rogers

Inspired by work for common client Scotts, Japan's Dentsu has acquired New York creative shop M.L. Rogers. Rogers will become part of Dentsu America as it combines with the Japanese agency's 90-employee office in Manhattan. "We're better together than we are apart, and more and more clients are asking for that type of integration and collaboration," said Tim Andree, CEO of Dentsu Network West.
