Starbucks introduces lighter roast Blonde

Starbucks launched a "mellow and approachable" coffee roast, Blonde, in decaf and regular for two blends, Willow and Veranda. The company aims to add customers, but one taster said the product "tasted like watered-down strong coffee." D.A. Davidson's Bart Glenn said analysts "believe this new product could be a needle mover."
