Cardinal initiative aims to clarify use of LEU-based agents

Cardinal Health has introduced a program to help its clients understand a CMS policy that encourages hospitals to shift to using radioactive imaging agents made with low-enriched uranium. The program will help clarify reimbursement issues related to the use of LEU-based agents, the company said.
