How an independent bookstore is thriving in the digital age

Pete Mulvihill got a job at Green Apple Books in San Francisco after graduating from college, and now at 41 he's a co-owner. Amazon is a serious competitor, but Mulvihill notes that the store has survived other challenges. "First we had a Crown Books down the street, and then the rise of the mega bookstores. ... We're not just treading water, we're doing better," he said.
