Proposal seeks to ban fuel with over 10% ethanol in Maine

A bill being written in Maine seeks to prohibit the sale of gasoline containing more than 10% ethanol because of concerns that it could damage small engines and older vehicles. The state's Department of Environmental Protection plans to move forward with the bill if at least two other states in New England agree to adopt the measure as well.
