Brazil pays high yield in launch of 10-year bond

Brazil's Treasury paid the highest yield it has ever offered for 10-year debt to sell $683 million worth of new fixed-rate domestic bonds. The yield went as high as 13.3899%, officials said. Before the offering, some analysts feared the Treasury might have to offer a yield as high as 13.5% to sell the bonds.
