Specialty cereal makers are touting their commitment to the environment and all-natural ingredients to win over socially and health-conscience customers, while sometimes hiding their affiliations to larger parent companies. One writer notes despite the heavy marketing, many of these cereals don't taste that good, leading a retail analyst to say there will eventually be a customer backlash.
