Consumers lose interest in traditional condiments

Sales of condiments such as ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise, hampered by a lack of innovation in the market, are sluggish and will drop from the current level of $3 billion a year to just under $2.9 billion in 2010, according to Packaged Facts.
