Denver neighborhood to be built in "walkable" urban style

An 1,800-acre subdivision near Denver International Airport changed hands during the permitting process, prompting a conceptual change from conventional suburb to a more contemporary, "walkable" urban style neighborhood. LNR Property of Miami, owner of the High Point development, plans to build offices, stores, homes, parks and courtyards, all linked to the greater metro area by a transit station.
