China seeks Wisconsin bids for $200M dairy project

Representatives from the Heilongjiang province in China met with several Wisconsin agricultural companies to look for milk and dairy products suppliers for a $200 million project with the World Bank. The five-year project is intended to modernize the country's dairy industry, and improve and increase the herds of more than 10,000 small- and medium-sized dairy farms.
