Boeing reassesses market for short-range Dreamliner

Boeing Co. says it is reassessing the market viability of a short-range version of its new 787 Dreamliner after All Nippon Airways Co. converted its 28 orders for the 787-3 model in favor of the standard, longer-range 787-8. ANA was the only customer for the 787-3, leaving the plane's future in doubt. Boeing hopes to deliver ANA's first Dreamliner in the fourth quarter.
