Mort Zuckerman, Barry Gosin on just where CRE stands now

Mort Zuckerman, chairman of Boston Properties, and Barry Gosin, CEO of Newmark Knight Frank, expressed optimism about commercial real estate, but the way they expressed it was a little different. Zuckerman said commercial real estate in the urban markets has worked through its problems, but things could be difficult for a while in suburban markets. Gosin said now is the time to get into commercial real estate. "Some time this year, prices will start to turn," he said.
