Tennessee school experiments with science kits

Students at a Tennessee elementary school are taking part in a pilot program to enhance science lessons with science kits that include all the materials needed for hands-on activities. Teachers say the kits help improve students' science vocabulary and free teachers from extensive preparation time. "Because I have these things, I can spend more of my time focusing on other subjects and integrating them into the science program," one teacher said.
