You don't have to be pushy to increase sales, writes marketing expert Jamillah Warner. Instead, by building relationships with customers and a system for marketing, you can decide in advance what platforms to use to create connections with potential customers. "When you’re selling services you have to turn them into items that feel as concrete as walking into the grocery store and picking up a loaf of bread," writes Warner, marketing coordinator at Nobuko Solutions. "People need to know what they’re getting in order to feel comfortable shopping with you."
