Calif. authorities expand complaint against doctor

California's medical board and attorney general filed an amended complaint against a Rocklin doctor. The 94-page document includes charges related to 15 cases, and it could result in loss of his medical license. One woman says the doctor left her scarred after cosmetic surgery. The doctor is not board certified in plastic surgery.
