Mo. town to begin program to encourage walking

The Regional Healthcare Foundation in Dexter, Mo., will begin a Walkers for Wellness Project next month to raise awareness of the health benefits of walking and to encourage people to log their walking time. It's not a contest, but participants are eligible to win prizes and incentives are available for those who show a drop in blood pressure or weight loss during the program.
