Have your carbs and eat them, too

The authors of "Eat, Drink & Be Healthy," say you can lose weight by eating carbs, but you must know how to choose them. The key is eating foods with low glycemic loads such as fruits and vegetables, beans, nuts, unsaturated fats and whole grains. They add "eating unlimited amounts of beef, sausage, butter and cheese -- is a bad idea."
