U.S. wants to restart WTO talks

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Zoellick plans to send a letter to all the WTO countries to call for a meeting this year, to pick up where last year's failed Cancun talks left off. Zoellick said the elimination of agricultural export subsidies would be on the agenda.
