Monster.com skips Super Bowl

Employment site Monster.com will not advertise during the upcoming Super Bowl broadcast, as it has in years past, because the company is confident that its brand is well-established and because the company and its ad agency, Deutsch, feel the company benefits from advertising locally and online. Its "January Jobs" campaign is running on 180 radio stations nationwide, and the company is running rich media spots online through Internet Broadcasting Systems.
