Delaware committee approves workers' comp reform bill

A Delaware Senate committee has approved a workers' compensation reform bill that could save employers up to $43 million each year. The bill, which calls for physician fee schedules and standardized treatment protocols, is scheduled for a Senate vote on Tuesday.
