Martin dances around Net neutrality stance

Saying Net neutrality "means different things to different people," FCC Chairman Kevin Martin avoided taking a firm position on the hotly debated topic, during an on-stage interview at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Martin did come out in favor of "a la carte" cable services, but he did not call for the FCC to mandate cablers offer the option to consumers.
