Pennsylvania grocery stores push to sell alcohol

Wegmans Food Markets plans to buy restaurant liquor licenses for its Pennsylvania stores, allowing customers in the highly regulated liquor market to enjoy drinks in the stores' cafes. Pennsylvania's largest retailer, Acme Markets, said one of its top priorities this year would be to push for a change in the regulations prohibiting the sale of alcohol in grocery stores.
