Medvedev says Putin too slow in dealing with crisis

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev criticized Prime Minister Vladimir Putin for failing to swiftly implement a government program to boost the economy. Medvedev said during a meeting at the Salyut engine factory near Moscow that only 30% of the stimulus approved in October had been fulfilled.
