AGC asks California to delay new diesel rules

The Associated General Contractors of America has filed an emergency request for a two-year delay in California's new off-road diesel rules, which if implemented would force contractors to retrofit thousands of pieces of equipment by the beginning of March. "We're not asking to repeal this," said one West Coast contractor. "We're just asking for more time."
