Dimon defends JPMorgan's compensation policies

Jamie Dimon, CEO at JPMorgan Chase, said he was "tired" of the scrutiny the bank's employees are subjected to regarding their compensation as he defended the company's pay policies. "We do not have change-of-control agreements, special executive retirement plans, golden parachutes, special severance packages or merger bonuses," he said at a company health care conference. "I am a little tired of the constant vilification of these people."
