Engineers, officials examine California quake damage

Government officials and engineers inspected damage from a magnitufe 6.5 earthquake in Humboldt County, Calif. The weekend quake caused widespread power outages in the Northern California county and sent about 30 people to the emergency room. Damage estimates in Eureka are now at $14.3 million for 175 buildings, according to city spokesman Gary Bird.
