Cyber-attacks rank No. 4 on list of global risks

The World Economic Forum's list of the top global risks for 2012 names cyber-attacks against governments and businesses as one of the five threats most likely to occur. The report cites the complexity of Internet security, a lack of reliable data and the fast-changing technological landscape as challenges, and calls for the establishment of a "healthy digital space ... to ensure stability in the world economy and balance of power."
