The committee includes four sell-side banks -- Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase -- and four buy-side banks -- BlackRock, D.E. Shaw, King Street Capital Management and Pacific Investment Management. There also are three central counterparty clearinghouses -- IntercontinentalExchange, LCH.Clearnet and CME Group.
