Next-gen Web ads will move beyond the click

The rise of Web-connected TVs and the spread of Kinect-style gestural-control technologies could have a big impact on digital marketing, says Rob Norman, CEO of GroupM North America. More brands are likely to create interactive ads that use wave-and-touch technologies, Norman predicts. One challenge marketers will face will be creating new metrics to accommodate the new technology, he notes.
