West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin's priorities for 2012 include offering incentives for any company that agrees to build an ethane cracker in the state. "I will do everything in my power to make sure that West Virginia is positioned to take full advantage of this opportunity," Tomblin said. "There's so many facets to [Marcellus Shale gas]. We know that he's working hard and trying to bring the cracker. We're supportive," said Steve White, director of the Affiliated Construction Trades Foundation in West Virginia.
